Terms + Conditions

Copyright - The photographer, Dani Berger, owns the copyright to all photographic materials and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions.

Usage + Sharing - The client is obtaining photos for personal use only. Selling photos produced by the photographer is strictly prohibited. Any reproductions of the images must be agreed upon by the client and photographer in advance. When sharing digital files online, the client may not alter or retouch images in any way.

Payment - Payment must be made in full at the time of image delivery. Photos will not be delivered until payment has been complete.

Refunds - If for any reason the photographer can not perform, the deposit will be repaid. There will be no further liability with respect to the agreement.
